What is permanent makeup?

Permanent makeup is a form a tattooing designed to enhance your own natural beauty. Whether it be creating beautiful, full brows you once had, enhancing your eyes with eyeliner or defining shape and adding color to your lips, permanent makeup is meant to compliment your features. 

Is permanent makeup painful?

While everyone has a different pain tolerance, most clients are comfortable throughout the procedure. A topical numbing is used prior and throughout the procedure to manage the pain, as well as to manage redness and swelling.

How should I prepare for my permanent makeup appointment ?

  • You must be 18 years of age
  • You may not be pregnant or nursing 
  • No Botox 2 weeks prior to appointment 
  • Discontinue use of Retin A’s, exfoliants, acids 2 weeks prior
  • No sun exposure 2 weeks prior on area to be treated 
  • Do not consume alcohol 48 prior to appointment, limit caffeine intake and talk to your doctor if taking blood thinners
  • No waxing 2 weeks prior
  • Discontinue Latisse or any lash enhancing products 12 weeks prior (for eyeliner only)
  • If prone to cold sores, please talk to your doctor about starting an prescription 3 days prior to appointment (for lips only)

Can I just pay cash the day of the appointment ?

Absolutely. If you wish to pay cash the day of the appointment you may do so. Please contact us if this is the case.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

You can find gift certificates under the "store" category on our website. Click Store, select the denomination you wish to purchase, select purchase, from there you will be directed to the checkout process where you can complete the transaction. All gift certificates are sent via email at this time and no physical card will be mailed/available for pickup.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 of your appointment time. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment.

Is there a charge for a touch-up?

Yes, all appointment prices are for one appointment only. All pricing is listed on website and will be discussed with you during your appointment.

How long will my appointment take?

Most permanent makeup appointments take between 1.5-3 hours. Please plan accordingly.

What if I had work done elsewhere?

In most scenarios this is fine. However there are situations when removal will be necessary in order to proceed. If you have had previous work done elsewhere, please book a consultation first. 

Will I be charged when I book my appointment?

Your card will only be charged when service is completed (unless you otherwise selected the option to pay for full service online).  Your saved card will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment in the event of a no-show.

Do you use clean needles?

Every client has a new, sterile, single use needle. The sterile needle is opened at the beginning of the appointment and then disposed of in a sharps container at the end of the appointment, In addition to using sterile needles we are also certified in OSHA safety and blood borne pathogens.
